(1) If the perpetrator is not present, if the perpetrator is not present, or if there is no reconciliation between the victim and the perpetrator, the local body or the police office shall issue a summons in accordance with subsection (4) or (5) of section 4 of the Act. Within the period as per sub-section (11) of 4, a letter with a complaint must be sent to the concerned court in the format as per Schedule-4 mentioning the same behavior.
(2) If a letter containing a complaint is received as per sub-rule (1), the court shall take necessary action on the complaint and give the information to the local body or police office that sent the complaint.
